This is made 98% from sauvignon blanc with a dollop of zesty french colombard. No oak here as it is 100% stainless steel fermented. It is all about citrus with grapefruit, lime and orange notes on the nose and palate, along with a hint of peach/apricot fruit and fresh mint and snow pea herbality.
